The service

ShimmerPic is an independent image creation website using models made available through APIMart. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI. Model names identify the options supplied by our provider. Output quality, availability and generation times vary.

Your account and content

Use an account you control and upload only content you are entitled to use. Do not use the service for illegal material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud or impersonation. Explicit nudity and pornographic content are not allowed. We screen uploads, prompts with references, and generated results before delivery. Provider moderation also applies. You are responsible for checking generated content before publishing or using it commercially.

Repeated prohibited input attempts can temporarily pause image creation. Suspected sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate-image requests pause the account pending review. You can appeal through our support form. A model-generated result rejected by our screening does not by itself count as a user violation.

Rights and community examples

We do not claim ownership of your prompts or outputs. This does not guarantee that an output is copyrightable, exclusive or free of third-party rights. A new generation can still raise copyright, trademark, privacy or likeness concerns. Explore includes prompts and preview images collected from community sources. Source links and repository license notices are preserved; inclusion does not give you unrestricted rights to every depicted work or image. Report rights concerns through our support form.

Credits and beta checkout

Credits are deducted at the price shown before submission. A confirmed generation failure returns the deducted credits. If submission status is uncertain, we investigate before returning credits so that a successful task is not charged incorrectly. Credit-pack credits do not expire. Subscription credits expire 90 days after each scheduled monthly grant. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; annual payments release credits monthly. Cancelling renewal preserves the paid period and existing credit expiry dates. Refunds for unused credit-pack purchases may be requested within 14 days as described in our refund policy. Checkout explicitly marked as a sandbox collects no real payment; sandbox credits have no cash value. Only test balances may be reset with notice; purchased balances are not reset as part of beta testing.

Availability and contact

We may suspend abusive use or remove reported material after review. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Contact us through the support form for account, content or service issues.
