How it works

  1. Sign up with an email address. No card, no OpenAI account, no API key. The 15 credits land in your wallet when the account is created.
  2. Spend them at 1K first. 1K Standard is 3 credits, and free credits run at 1K. At 1K the 15 credits buy roughly five attempts at learning what the model does with your prompts. Free access covers base settings and one reference image. Any purchase unlocks higher resolutions, High quality where supported and up to three references.
  3. Decide afterwards, not before. When the credits are gone, nothing happens automatically — no charge, no trial ending. Packs start at $2.99 for 60 credits if you want more, and there are monthly and annual plans if you generate regularly.

What to put in the prompt

Do not burn credits on vague prompts. A prompt with no light, no lens and no setting will cost you the same 3 credits as a good one. Spend thirty seconds writing before you spend three credits generating.

Start from the library. Every prompt in the library below is shown with the image it produced. Starting from one that already works is the cheapest way to learn what this generation responds to.

Keep the first runs at 1K. Composition, lighting and framing are all visible at 1K. Resolution is the last decision, not the first.

Technical failures come back. Technical failures are refunded in full. If our safety check refuses a request before it runs, 3 credits plus 3 per photo are kept. If the image model refuses it, or our check blocks the finished image, the full price is kept.

Questions

Is it really free, or is it a trial that charges me later?

There is no card on file, so there is nothing that can be charged. When the 15 credits are spent, generation stops until you choose to buy more. That is the whole mechanism.

How many images is 15 credits?

About five at 1K Standard, at 3 credits each. Free credits run at base resolution (1K on Flare and Sunburst) and Standard quality; 2K, 4K and High quality need any purchase. Photo templates add 3 credits for your reference photo, so they start at 6: two runs. Prompts over 500 bytes add 2 credits per further 1,000 bytes, so a long template can cost 8 or more and leave one run. The exact cost is quoted before every generation.

Are the free credits limited to a worse model?

No. Flare and Sunburst cost the same, and free credits spend on either. Free accounts get base resolution (1K on Flare and Sunburst), Standard quality and one reference photo, and free images carry a ShimmerPic watermark. Any purchase unlocks the rest and removes the watermark from every image you have made.

Do I get more free credits later?

The 15 credits are a one-time welcome grant per account, not a recurring allowance. We would rather tell you that up front than have you plan around a refill that is not coming.
