AI Mockup Generator

A generated mockup instead of a template: upload the artwork, describe the object and the scene, and GPT Image 2.5 renders it on a T-shirt, a box, a tote, a phone or a wall — in the light and angle you ask for.

AI brand & logo prompts

How the AI mockup generator differs from a template

How it works

  1. Upload the artwork as a reference. A flat PNG of the logo, label or print — high contrast, cropped tight. This is what the model places on the object. Add a second reference if you want a specific object photographed too.
  2. Describe the object, the placement and the scene. "Heavyweight cream T-shirt, logo centred on chest about 25cm wide, hanging on a wooden rail, soft daylight." Placement words — centred, lower left, wrapping the corner — matter.
  3. Generate, check the artwork, re-run. Zoom into the result to check the artwork survived intact. If a letter drifted, say "keep the logo exactly as in the reference" and run again, ideally on Sunburst.

What to put in the prompt

Say "exactly as in the reference". This one phrase does most of the work in keeping logos and labels faithful. GPT Image 2.5 is designed to preserve reference subjects, and being told the artwork is the subject helps.

Give the artwork a physical size. "About the size of a hand" or "covering the front panel" tells the model how large the print is on the object. Without it, sizes drift.

Describe material and finish. Matte cardboard, glossy vinyl, ribbed cotton, brushed metal — the finish changes how the artwork should look on it, and the model renders that difference.

Keep the scene simple for presentations. A plain background and one light source photograph best in a deck. Save the busy café for social posts.

Ask for the set in one session. Keep the same reference and the same lighting description across prompts and the objects will read as one brand shoot.

What it costs

Base price per image, identical for Flare and Sunburst. Prompts over 500 bytes add 2 credits per further 1,000 bytes; each reference photo adds 3. The Studio shows the exact quote before you generate.

Questions

Is an AI mockup pixel-accurate like a PSD template?

No. A template warps your file mechanically; the AI mockup generator re-renders the artwork on the object, which is why it can do any object and any angle but may alter fine details. Check small text and thin lines, and re-run with "exactly as in the reference" if needed.

What file should I upload?

A PNG or JPG of the artwork up to 10 MB and 4,096 px on the long side. Transparent PNGs of a logo on a plain background work best. Up to three references per generation, 3 credits each.

What does a mockup cost?

A 1K Standard mockup with one reference starts at 6 credits, a 2K at 9, a 4K High at 43; prompts over 500 bytes add 2 credits per further 1,000 bytes, and the Studio shows the exact quote before you generate. New accounts start with 6 free credits. There is no separate mockup plan.

Can I make a whole brand set?

Yes — same reference, same lighting description, different object per prompt. In our runs Sunburst held small artwork details better than Flare, so use it for the set you present.
